Four Doors, Eight Cylinders: CTS-V, G8 and Chevrolet SS

By Devin B.

The modern muscle car has four doors and a back seat, and the owners of these sedans are not sorry about it. This Las Vegas set rounds up the GM cars that hide V8 power behind a sensible roofline.

There are second-generation Cadillac CTS-Vs in gray and silver, a red CTS-V with a twin-turbocharged V8 on display and V-Series sedans in white and orange. Then come the Pontiac G8s, including a light blue one on gold wheels, and a pair of Chevrolet SS sedans, one white with the hood up and one silver with a carbon fiber hood.

They are easy to miss in traffic, which is a big part of the appeal. A sedan like this can drop the kids at school and still draw a crowd when the hood goes up. Scroll down and take a good look at that turbo setup.
